Description
The Mi-24 "Hind" is a large Russian combination troop transport and attack helicopter. Built in large numbers and used by over 30 countries, the Hind became infamous for its attacks on (and destruction in return by) the Mujahadeen resistance during the 10-year Russian war in Afghanistan. This model served with the 335th Aviation Regiment of the Soviet Army in Afghanistan, 1980.
